This sun-soaked, well maintained home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, and spacious open-plan living areas as well as a separate laundry for added convenience. There's plenty of room to cater to and to entertain all members of the group/family. While a heat pump and heat transfer system create a content and cozy atmosphere during the winter months.
This property is 2 stories; however it is only the garage on the bottom floor. The second story of the property is accessible via a path/ramp to the right hand side, this is wheelchair accessible. All bedrooms, bathrooms as well as the living, dining, kitchen and laundry areas are on the second story.

The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm - 7 am.

Summary: Spacious with everything we needed.

Summary: Lots of space for group but, electricity supply not working well and appliances kept tripping fuse. Owner acknowledged this was a problem, but not found a solution yet…. So while lots of space for group of people, not actually set up for this in winter. Advertised fire place but couldn’t get it to work and guest instructions basically said don’t bother it’s too hard to light.
