Negative: Paid for a room with breakfast included, only to be told by a lad on reception that I wouldn't be getting breakfast!. He couldn't be bothered with anything really.. Very disinterested. First and last time here for me.

Positive: Good parking, great breakfast. Quiet and comfy

Negative: It was really cold at night. I arrived very late and unplanned after a long day at work so I wasn’t able to put the heating on for long before bed to warm the room up and due to it being an unplanned stay I had no night wear or spare clothes to sleep in. There was only a tiny heater for the whole room so even with the heating on max it couldn’t heat the room. It felt like a window had been left open all day. Maybe late arrivals / late bookings can be put on warmer areas of the building?

Positive: The location is fine, just out of town. The room was clean and warm. We had dinner there and it was surprisingly nice and Breakfast was good with a nice selection. For the price we were very happy.
