Positive: The whole house gives this nice warm family vibe; the room, the bathroom, the kitchen. Everyone is so kind to each other, and the fact that I could even use one of their living rooms to just relax? I love it! A very good place to stay for short term and long term.

Negative: I don’t have any complaints actually, everything was great!

Summary: Very cozy, accessible & safe place to stay!

Positive: The property had a homely feel to it. The owner was extremely accommodating and kind. Me and my friends especially loved the snack bar included and the beds were very comfy. I would recommend this stay to anyone wanting a good value and comfy stay in Boston.

Positive: The house is very spacious and comfortable. All the areas are really clean and the facilities are in good condition. We really liked the keypad locks on the doors so we didn’t need to carry around keys. The staff were also very helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

Positive: The house was so beautiful, clean and cosy. We felt very at home on our stay and didn’t want to leave. The owner/host was so lovely and welcoming too - highly recommend for short or long term visits :)

Positive: It is cheap, clean and comfortable. My room didn’t have a private bathroom. It’s away from main public transport links so that may be a false economy if you end up taking more taxis. The check in process is unusual: they message you the house rules on booking.com, you have to respond ‘yes’ to get codes to enter the building and your room. This isn’t clear from the confirmation email. Once you’ve got your entry codes, screenshot them as the booking.com website is flakey and you may end up outside your room in a towel unable to access your messages and get back into your room. Learn from my experience!
