Summary: Our room had trash left from previous guests, in the ice bucket, leading me to question, what else was not checked? Spiders in the bathroom. My family and two others went to the pool at 7 AM (opens at 6) only to find it not unlocked yet. Had to wait quite a while to get someone down there.

Summary: Second time stay at this Marriott. Love the quiet suburban location with nice easy hikes and a fairly short walk to public transport into Boston. However, the hotel is significantly aged and many years behind a major remodel. Think Ramada Inn with good meeting space. Crumbling exterior stucco, need for paint.
