Summary: Excellent stay this past weekend!!! Super friendly staff! Clean rooms! Loved the outdoor pool! Live music Friday night at the restaurant! Morning coffee and tea in lobby! Definitely would stay again and recommend

Summary: We've visited this hotel multiple times and have always been happy. This time our room was not cleaned and when we asked for hypoallergenic pillows it took two calls and many hours to replace them and they only provided 2 pillows. Also, had to request towels and wash cloths because there weren't enough even though we booked the room for 4 adults. Housekeeper was not friendly with regards to the pillows.

Summary: Staff was nice. Pool was nice aside from the random bandaids on the ground and hair in the pool. Food/Room Service was fairly quick and yummy. My room was awful. The bathroom was dingy. My comforters smelt bad as well. There was a bug in the toilet and my key card kept giving me issues with not registering to my door. Very outdated in decor and technology. Has a convenient location.

Summary: In our days, this hotel still charges $17/day for wifi with Internet access. That is obscene. Even Motel 6 has free wifi. Room seems to have been remodeled recently, but mattress should have been replaced years ago - it was caving in, and became a back-breaking adventure to sleep. Lastly, avoid the restaurant. It took them 40 minutes for a pasta and a burger to be prepared. When I asked the server, her answer was "I am not the cook, I am waiting too." The restaurant manager came to apologize and did not charge the food (my burger came out cold.) Will not plan to stay at that place again.

Summary: We stayed at the hotel for our son's graduation ceremony. We had reserved two rooms, but my son ended up not coming. Unfortunately, no one from the staff helped us cancel or modify the reservation — so we ended up paying for a room that was never used. The front desk staff was very kind, and the bartender on our first night was amazing — truly attentive and welcoming. However, we also had several disappointing moments. The nightly rate is quite expensive, especially considering the hotel’s distance from where we needed to be. On the second day, we had dinner at the restaurant and were served by a waitress who was so unfriendly and unpleasant that we felt genuinely uncomfortable. We understand that people can have rough days, but that doesn’t justify treating guests poorly. The margaritas we ordered were terrible — a huge contrast from the ones we had the night before, which were delicious. We requested a late checkout to give us a few extra hours to pack and were charged $140, which felt very excessive. On Monday morning, the breakfast was also very disappointing compared to the day before — there wasn't even coffee available at the buffet. Overall, a stay with some good moments, but too many issues that negatively affected our experience.
