Summary: Easy check-in process, host was great with communication, and property was just as described. The views were incredible, and the wrap around deck provided the perfect spot to unwind. My kids loved the pool (which was fully stocked with toys/noodles/towels). The house was very well equipped with everything you would need to cook or relax (books, games, movies, tv etc…). Would definitely recommend.

Summary: This property was a perfect getaway for us! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. It was a very clean place. The kitchen was so well stocked! Any dish or utensil we needed for cooking was there! We hope to return at some point in the future!

Summary: Very nice private mountain getaway! Great views, unique rooms, good wifi, good water pressure, cool shower and a kitchen stocked with literally everything you could ever need to move in and make this your home away from home! The house and peaceful view is amazing! The Property Manager and our interaction with them, especially after checkout, is the ONLY reason that we would not consider staying here again. The pool was cloudy and not usable during our stay which after communicating with the Property Manager starting at 9am made for a long day of us texting the PM, waiting, testing, texting, waiting, adding chemicals, waiting and testing again in hopes the pool would be usable but never was due to admitted over chlorination. When we checked out and texted her in the morning we asked if she had talked to the owner about compensation for the pool and told her it was still cloudy. The PM texted us about the compensation they had agreed upon then informed us that we had been seen on camera (that was not disclosed in the VRBO listing) being wet and that we had used the pool. We responded saying that Yes we used the pool before we were told it was unsafe (around 2:45pm), did not use it after that, spent our day doing pool maintenance that was not our responsibility and that the camera comment was disappointing and that I would be leaving a “Fair and detailed” review of our stay on VRBO. This is that review. I encourage the owner of this wonderful property to ask for and review the text conversations between us and the Property Manager. At any time during our interactions an offer of any compensation and an apology for the situation rather than a defensive rant would have made us 100% come back again another time. We understand things happen but the communication after our stay was very discouraging, unprofessional and defensive. The owner of this property is more than welcome to contact us if they would like to see the text conversations or ask us more about our stay.
