Positive: Great location in Bosham , close to the bus stop and train station . We have family in the village so used it as a base to see them. Room was super , clean and lots of little touches that showed care and attention to detail . Tea and coffee , snacks and water/milk/juice provided.

Negative: Nothing it was perfect for our needs.

Summary: Exceptional accomodation in a lovely location.

Positive: The Room at the back of the house also enjoys the owners excellently maintained private garden, a peaceful environment. The finish of the property is high standard with quality fittings, a very comfortable bed and spacious shower room. Off-street parking and private side entrance. The owners were there to greet and provided recommendations for eating out in the local area. Some good touches including tea varieties and coffee along with fridge with fresh milk and juices.

Positive: This surpassed our expectations, it was beautiful. Tastefully decorated with a fabulous garden view. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were really friendly & helpful. This was a gem of a find.

Positive: Everything...... the attention to detail was incredible every part from the amazing decor , thoughtful touches, black out blinds and cleanliness to the best night's sleep in a comfy bed with comfy pillows. Topped with wonderful hosts in a amazing spot, the walk to Bosham was beautiful. This stopover was more than I hoped for, for a last minute memorable stay! Thank you .

Negative: That we didn't make time to stay longer!

Positive: Everything was perfect 🤩. Attention to detail was amazing. Fresh flowers from the garden, tea , coffee facilities and complimentary snacks. The bathroom was spacious, light, very very clean. Beautifully decorated and shower was great lots of hot water. High quality towels. Bed was so comfortable, choice of feather and firmer pillows. Linen was very high quality. Spacious room looking out to a beautiful garden and table and chairs. The hosts were very friendly and made you feel relaxed. We will definitely be back . Thank you for a perfect stay.

Negative: The pub next door is a bit noisy, but the double glazing cut almost all of it out.

Positive: It was the most beautiful room I’ve ever stayed in. I loved the interior of the room and how immaculate everything was. There were even fresh flowers 🥹. The towels were so soft and the bedding was like silk. Ira is such a lovely host, she made us feel very welcomed. We even had met their cute dog. I can not recommend the place enough. The village is also very cute and posh. I absolutely loved everything about our stay. It was just what we needed after a 5 hour hike!
