Positive: The staff are helpful, and the cleaning is very good. The location is lovely, great for walking but still close enough to the town centre. The breakfasts are very nice, great quality ingredients.

Negative: The rooms feel quite tired, they're all wood panelled with few soft furnishings so quite noisy. We found the facilities are a bit odd. There's a double hob and sink in each room, but when we asked if we could have plates or a pan we were told that it's only for heating baby food which didn't make a lot of sense. Had to 'borrow' a kettle and cups from them as there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Just all felt a bit confused and poorly thought out.

Summary: Beautiful location with nice staff, but a bit underwhelmed by the hotel.

Negative: Rooms are quite old furnished. When we arrived, the personnel announced that sauna doesn’t work because it was a low season (last closing weekend), that was a bit pity because after ski we were planning to go there, and this fact should have been announced before during our booking.

Positive: This a great place wonderful views , pet friendly ,but it was the end of the season and the restaurant closed the night before our arrival , so we had to find someplace to eat which we did not , we ended up eating a sandwich purchased from supermarket, I would have liked to have been informed of this fact , My room was next to the hosts, Family quarters and was quite noisy ,TV dog ect , as for the Hotel its great I can see the attraction during the winter period , would stay bhere then without a doubt .
