Positive: We absolutely loved our stay at Bosco Mattavona. Marianna and her son are so kind and helpful. They pointed us towards the best beaches in the area and had a great tip for dinner at Gianfranco Lervolino where we had the best authentic Napolitano pizza. A must go at only 10 minutes drive and if you want to avoid a busy city centre. Marianna even catered to our breakfast requests and our need to wash our clothes. She truly went above and beyond. The property is tranquil and well maintained. The bungalow style rooms are modern and super clean. Comfy bed, rain shower head, quality air conditioning, decent kitchenette with good fridge, insect door and insect screen in window, nice patio with seating where breakfast is served, even a barbecue that we didn't have time to use and two very well-behaved and sweet dogs who will welcome you if you invite them to. The property has easy access and is well-lit with christmas lights in the trees which we thought was a nice touch. If we return to the area we will definitely book again! Thanks again Marianna :)

Negative: Our only real regret is that we only stayed in the area for a few days and didnt have time to enjoy the tranquil vibe of the property more. If we have to name something thst could be improved upon it would be the Wi-Fi signal but that was as we understood a temporary thing. Apart from that we thought the lighting in the room was a bit white and bright for our taste, but this is pretty common in Southern Europe we noticed, so that's probably more of a personal thing. Some ambient- or mood lights in the room would be great for next time.

Positive: Beautiful piece of land on the slopes of Vesuvius. Very close to many event venues and well-known wineries. Host was wonderful and very attentive. Breakfast was great, served on the patio!

Positive: This place is amazing! The Bosque cottage house near the Vulcan is super calm and relaxed, with everything you need for comfortable living. It's located in a very quiet area, making it the perfect retreat after a busy day exploring Naples and the surrounding areas. We went on day trips to Amalfi, Naples, and Pompei, and returning to the BOSCO Mattavona B&B was a relief. The host is lovely and helpful, and there are cute dogs around. I highly recommend it! The bed is comfortable, and there's a fridge and microwave available. The shower is great, and breakfast is made with love 😍 The area is safe, with good parking available, which is essential if you're traveling by car. There's a nice exterior area where you can watch the sky or sunset with a beautiful view. The surrounding area has good restaurants, and we had the best pizza at PRISCO Pizza. You definitely need to check this place out!
