Summary: Booked the garden wing 2 bedrooms suite at this hotel for my family members'weekend staycation. The room is big and have nice amenities but there are few things that need improvement. - The room key is so outdated and big. It is an old room key. And they were told that if it was misplaced, my family has to pay around $430 to replace it. - The TV in one of the bedroom wasn't working. We informed the hotel staff about it but they didnt offer any solution - The shower head in one of the bathroom is not working. - There is no hairdryer in the suite even though it is a standard amenity. - The pool access from the garden wing is always locked. When they went to the pool through the lobby, they were told not to.
