Positive: The hotel is very beautiful, wonderful layout and interior. The room was very comfortable, especially the chairs in the sitting area. They did my laundry to a fair price within a few hours only. The shampoo is very good (olive oil based). There's an excellent breakfast buffet in the morning. The swimming pool is nice, there's also a hammam, but it somehow wasn't clear to me how it worked (maybe you needed a reservation or something - the communication was unclear), so I didn't manage to go inside.

Negative: It's at least an hour by foot to the Medina and sightseeing area. The restaurant didn't serve any vegetarian food and thus was a bit disappointing. However, it's not easy to be a vegetarian in Tunisia in general.

Positive: Very nice and well maintained property, staff is super friendly and lots of amenities in the room. I was really surprised to see the cleanliness and well-maintained property and hence asked the staff if this is a new hotel and surprisingly it is a 20 years old. However, super clean, nice and in perfect shape like new. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

Negative: Actually nothing as everything was flawless!

Positive: The property was very clean and comfortable. The staff at reception and in the breakfast room were both competent & friendly. Parking was easy & the breakfast was good.

Negative: The biggest problem we had was no wi-fi in the room. My husband was able to pull the desk chair up to the door to the room and get wi-fi but that was neither comfortable nor convenient. The elevator was quirky, sometimes accepting our room card key & sometimes not. There are too few room outlets for modern electronic needs. Finally, there are no good restaurants within walking distance.

Summary: It was fine but we would look elsewhere if we returned to the area.
