Positive: The staff of the hotel was really nice and even offered us a better room than we initially had. The hotel is big and has a huge variety of facilities.

Negative: Despite the fact that is a 4 star hotel, the facilities and the rooms are not maintained and renovated. No real investment was made recently. The walls are dirty in places or even black in the corners. The beds are very low, and the mattresses were not comfortable at all. It's very dark in the bathroom because there's no proper lighting.

Summary: Nice staff, but the hotel not so much

Positive: Good room size, especially the bathroom. The pool is quite good in size as well!

Negative: Dated rooms and facilities, need renovation, but the price is low, so it was expected.
