Positive: The resort is spotless and well maintained. The views are spectacular. It is very peaceful and quiet. If you are looking to be away for the hustle and noise, it’s the place to be. The grounds are beautiful. The room is spacious and clean. Staff is polite.

Negative: It would be nice to have better variety of food . Breakfast was nice but lunch and dinner menus are not extensive and not typical delicious Italian food. The wine selection is not greatest. Would be nice to see real farm to table menu with healthy alternatives. The room service is outrageously expensive, they charge 50 euro service fee . I have never seen a charge like that anywhere in the world especially in spa resorts of this kind where everything is supposed to make you relax and enjoy your stay to the fullest. Spa facilities are gorgeous but the treatments are not up to the standards. I had 2 massages and neither of them was amazing . I think they need to work on upgrading the menus and quality of service. Once it’s done it would be unbeatable place!!

Positive: The rooms were fairly small but clean, cozy, and extremely comfortable. The spa facilities were excellent, especially the heated indoor-outdoor pool, though the massages were quite average compared to other spa resorts we've visited. The food and wine selection at the resort were outstanding, and the views across the property were truly impressive. I would definitely return if I ever visit that area of Italy again. Also remember to call the resort before booking as some rooms are far from the property and some are inside the property.

Negative: Some rooms are located outside the main property, while others are inside, but this information was only shared after booking. It would have been better if it had been clearly mentioned on the website during the booking process.

Positive: The food, the view and the SPA were very good, we got upgraded. Pleasant staff. All just perfect.
