Positive: The size of the rooms was very nice. The buildings were what we had always envisioned the Tuscany countryside would look like. The whole villa was beautifully landscaped. Hosting dinner nightly, if you chose to dine at Livernano (which we did), was very nice. We didn’t have to worry about finding a nice place for dinner because we already had one with a beautiful terrace and sunsets so beautiful. Breakfast was wonderful on the terrace as well, and again, so beautiful. Our waiter, Bartelo, was very attentive and funny. It was a perfect location for day trips to small towns and wineries. The wine tasting tour they offered at their partner winery was a very nice surprise. It is rustic, so don’t expect modern, new amenities, and it is out on a dirt road, but worth the drive for sure.

Negative: The shower was very small.

Summary: Wonderful little place in the country not to be missed.

Positive: A dreamy countryside hotel in the middle of nowhere, the service, the views, the restaurant, the pool..everything was exceptional! We felt like at home from the moment we arrived. The room was really comfy, it is a really quiet place, so your sleep is an absolute 10/10! The food was SO delicious (and so is the wine!!). I definitely recommend staying there for lunches and dinners :). What we also loved was the tour of the winery. Beautiful experience! The signal and wifi were weak, which we actually hoped for so we could completely disconnect from the outside world :D, but I can imagine it could be a downside for someone, however, there’s nothing better than putting your phone down while you’re at such a place! Big thanks to all the hotel staff and also Carla at the winery. You truly made our stay one of a kind and we can’t wait to be back and see you all:)
