Positive: Great and helpfull staff, Gabriel was always there to help us out with all types of questions/recommendations. The accomodations are perfect, styled into detail and very complete. The vibe is amazing. A lot of great places/restaurants/wineries around within 40 min drive.

Negative: Nothing much. Gabriel is always there to help you with anything missing.

Summary: Highly recommended. Great stay in a beautiful area.

Positive: This is a tastefully converted property at the border of Umbria and Tuscany. There are several apartments of different sizes but with similar decorations. We were a party of 6 and had booked the 3 bedroom one, which was spacious, spread over 3 floors. Kitchen plus small terrace at the ground level, living and 2 bedrooms in the middle and the master bedroom (with a nice view) at the top. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen- and other facilities complete. For anything that is missing or really for any assistance whatsoever there is manager cum concierge Gabriel, who helped us to settle in, arranged for a day at the nearby golf course and made bookings at some fantastic restaurants in the area. His enthusiasm and advice really made a difference! Lots of things to see and do in the region. Overall highly recommended!

Positive: Amazing! Charming little "Borgo" hidden in the forest. Calm and not far away from nice little villages, so perfect location. Comfortable rooms, super clean, very nice atmosphere and really kind staff.

Negative: The pool was a little bit dirty but I guess in summer is very complicated to have it perfect with all the insects. For all the rest it was amazing!

Summary: Amazing location and charming rooms in a lovely quiet place!

Positive: Stunning place with a history behind . Very well looked at . Swimming place a bit futher down so no noise . We have had private area outside for our breakfasts and dinners. Also a place for bbq were we have made amazing dish. All what you needed to make a fire for bbq was there. Attention to details made this space very special. All we needed for our holiday was at the house. Staff was excellent - Gabriele and Sophia - always with smile and ready to help us - big applause for such a customer service .

Positive: Lovely spacious rooms, beautiful quiet location, nice pool, very friendly and welcoming host (speaks English very well and is easy to reach on whatsapp before and during the stay) Close to grocery store (about a 5 min drive)

Negative: We had a little problem with insects in the room we booked (due to the season and the fact that the house was located in nature) but this got dealt with immediately and we got offered a different room. There were a lot of spider webs in both rooms we stayed in but the kitchen/bathroom/sheets etc were very clean.

Summary: Comfortable accommodation at a beautiful location with lovely pool and very friendly (English speaking) host.

Positive: This was such a beautiful property. The place had everything you needed and was perfect. If you are looking for an ‘Italian Villa’ getaway, this place is for you. Gabriele, the host, was so welcoming and helpful. He provided recommendations in the area, helped us book things, and was just so lovely and friendly. The pictures don’t do the accommodation and property justice. We loved our stay, would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend. The place was a great location to explore Umbria and Tuscany!
