Positive: The apartment looks exactly as in the photos, and nothing is missing. If there were any problems, all I had to do was contact the very friendly host. He also recommended places worth visiting. There was a pleasant atmosphere, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

Positive: Antonello took care of us from start to finish. He even offered umbrellas on a rainy day. The location is good, too. The bus stop is only 2 minutes away, the supermarket is 4 minutes away and we never had a problem with parking. The apartment is designed nicely; modern with a cozy ambiance. I would stay again.

Positive: We were delighted with the courtesy, hospitality and kindness of our host. Straight away upon arrival our host gave us all the necessary information about major and best Bergamo sightseeing and what we shouldn't miss, as well as for Milan. The Loft is situated near shops, Atalanta stadium, bars and restaurants (along the route to the city center) so our host gave us also a lot of other helpful, honest and correct information concerning items and thing that we were interested in.

Negative: Generally we don't have any dislikes concerning our accommodation, except for the the little bit complicated city bus transportation lines (e.g. 22A, 22B, 22C, 22D, 22F...). Same line "22" but a lot of letters which can confuse you where exactly the lines run and stop, as it's not so clearly indicated in the bus lines timetables and route directions (graphical display).

Summary: Excellent, excellent, excellent.

The host (Antonello) has been very friendly and kind to provide information of the apartment but as well place to explore in Bergamo and nearby. He keep our staff few ours the day to go since was alredy another reservation without issues. Location nearby Citta Alta and safe.

Positive: Excellent apartment in quiet area of Bergamo with numerous restaurants / cafes in the near vicinity. Antonello was a perfect host + his guides (via Wi-fi) to the area & how to travel around were invaluable. Airport shuttle bus to train station & then 5 min walk to Porto Nuova & the number 5 or line C bus to apartment. Tourist bus pass for 72 hours recommended for ease of getting around Bergamo (although easily walkable if preferred) & up to Citta Alta (historic quarter). Train to Milan & Lecco on Lake Como for day trips also recommended. Finally Antonello is a massive Atalanta fan for those who like their football & the Gewiss Stadium is only 5 mins from the apartment.

Negative: Nothing - Antonello is a superb host.

Summary: Highly recommended apartment base for those who wish to visit Bergamo / Milan / The Italian Lakes
