Positive: Amazing location with wonderfully spacious air-conditioned apartments. Drinks by the pool brought to you by the crew of super staff, always on hand to help. Sunsets were awesome. Unfortunately we only managed a sunrise on the day we left. Easy access to Pisa, Florence and Siena, as well as smaller less crowded places like Volterra and San Gimignano (definitely worth a visit). There are also a few lovely restaurants just off the main road within about 5 mins drive of Borgo Ariano. Perfect place to slow down, relax and recharge.

Negative: Only thing I could try pick on was a couple of self catering items missing in the kitchen (chopping board and colander).... but even this was fixed as soon as we asked.

Summary: We needed a proper break... Borgo Ariano gave us just that.

Positive: I highly recommend this resort. The place is really beautiful, located on hilly area in the “heart of Tuscany” with amazing views, nearby the national park, closed to the wild nature. The apartment was very cleaned, well-equipped, the equipment was new as the resort started business activity in 2025. The owners were helpful, the reaction to our needs was immediate. They really did their best to feel like at home. The place is closed to the cities like Pisa, Florence and many others which are smaller but worth seeing. The journeys by car were easy, not tiring due to the short distances. The owners organized parties within resort like Italian evening with” pizza and wine” and “Cheese and wine”, good opportunity to meet the other residents. We spent really great time. We will come back for sure. The fabulous memories will stay with us.
