Positive: Bootmenders is in a very tranquil, rural location yet within easy reach of many places of interest, excellent walks and good pubs within a few miles. We had the studio in the garden. It is very well equipped with its own galley kitchen and good sized ensuite walk-in shower. Ideal for one or two people, it is a very comfortable and relaxing home for exploring the region. The welcome and ongoing support was warm, friendly and anything we needed was quickly provided.

Positive: Excellent host and a very comfortable accommodation. Having the facilities to make our own breakfast ( continental and cooked breakfast ingredients supplied ), was a real bonus due to our early morning starts over the weekend.

Positive: Quiet rural location. Well kitted out self contained accommodation. Small but functional and comfortable. Nice garden area and host was welcoming and offered to provide recommendations and assistance if we had needed it.

Negative: Great for two of us but would have been a squeeze with more if sitting down to eat etc. However, the accommodation is as described and having read description and reviews we knew what to expect so were perfectly happy.

Most times it’s the little things that make all the difference and Jenna has thought of everything- for us the underfloor heating in the bathroom & kitchen was a game changer and we loved the personal touches that made for a real homely feel.
