Positive: Price was reasonable. Room size was pretty good.

Negative: Location was not good. Nowhere nearby to eat, Breakfast was not great. Breakfast was included in the price but you had to pay extra if you wanted an egg. No power points near the bed. No english channels on TV. Long walk to room. Smell of marujiana in the hallway. No tea/coffee available in room or lobby area.

Summary: Glad we were only staying one night.

Positive: The hotel seems to have been renovated, hence the facilities are in good condition. The hotel is surrounded by many trees, hence it has a good ambience. But the hotel facities are quite basic with simple furniture The personnel of the hotel are friendly and helpful.

Negative: There are no amenities in the bathroom apart from a thin cake of soap. There is no hot water kettle provided in the room. The breakfast is quite rudimentary.

Negative: The bad was too hard for me and the traffic noise was quite loud. There was no kettle in the room.

Negative: It took 45mins to find the hotel. Google map took us to a abandand building that was nowhere near the hotel and we found it by stopping and ask the public for directions

Positive: It's cost effective, basic and a little tired but okay to stay for a night.

Negative: Staff couldn't speak very good English, Phitsanulok is an unusual location for English speakers so not a criticism more an observation for those travelling without a Thai speaker. The lack of English confused them as I had booked in advance on this portal but they tried to charge me again when I arrived despite showing them my passport and booking number.

Summary: Okay, but spend a little more and you will get a lot better.
