Positive: Amazing hotel. Located close to the motomachiko port in walking distance. Very helpful and friendly staff. All girls at the reception desk were nice and helpful. Breakfast and coffee provided at separate fee. Definitely will stay again!

Positive: The room was very well maintained and bigger than it seems, new towels and garbage bags are also given every day. Many bathroom facilities were provided by them.

Positive: Great location near the Motomachi ferry terminal. (Be careful that your ferry isn't leaving from the Okada port instead https://www.tokaikisen.co.jp/schedule/, posted after 06:00) Bed was comfy, staff friendly and lots of books to borrow and read. The buses aren't super regular, so getting a timetable is important. Beautiful beaches nearby for snorkeling.

Negative: Overpriced bar and the bed in the dormitory is very uncomfortable thin foam sponge. You can feel the slats digging in. They could have gone for a little more comfortable bed option.
