Minimum booking is 90 days - summer season only.

Share our floating dock. Moor one boat (maximum 22 feet), swim off the dock or try your hand at fishing. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted. Maximum occupancy is 4 people.

Rental is for use of the cottage and shared dock and includes deck, barbeque, patio furniture, flat screen TV, dishes, utensils, bedding, and miscellaneous furnishings. Guests are expected to provide their own boats (rentals are available), and be familiar with the navigational and safety skills appropriate for the setting.
