Summary: Great location with only a short walk to the desirable Kelly beach. House was sizable and can accommodate a large group. Owner was very responsive and quick to resolve a drain issue in one of the bathrooms. Having AC in each room was also key given the hot weather. I would comment though that the mattresses and bedding could all be updated and i think the listing mentioned a hot tub and there isn’t one. We still enjoyed our week. .

Summary: The property was a great location to walk to beach, exercise and play in the yard with our three grandchildren. House was clean, well kept, beds were comfy and the outdoor room was great to hang out. The neighborhood is so nice and people, dogss everyone friendly. Great time!

Summary: This is the second time we have stayed at Tim’s property. The location is just perfect to get to Kelly beach and Bonnet shores. House has plenty of room and is well appointed. Our family enjoyed it immensely. Backyard is also great space. We will be back!

Summary: We were so lucky to have found this wonderful property! We were looking for something large enough and close enough to accommodate a lot of family for a day of a graduation and a wedding. 40 minutes apart. The host was super accommodating, the house is very spacious and clean. I wish we had more time to enjoy the property and the beautiful surroundings.

Summary: Our beach week was so wonderful at this home. So great, that our three year old cried leaving “our beach house.” The hosts were responsive and kind and the house was perfectly located and comfortable.

Summary: We found the property to be perfect for us. We enjoyed the outside tv/lounge for watching baseball and grilling dinner. The A/C units were great and really allowed you to tailor each room to the need. Great house!!!

Summary: This was a weekend away 15 yr reunion of 10 girlfriends that was a long time coming and it couldn’t have been any more perfect! The house was very clean cozy and comfy for all of us and the kitchen was great for cooking. The table was large enough for us all to sit around and catch up. The beach was minutes away walking and we enjoyed a lot of time there as well as walking around the beautiful neighborhood where your house is. I would highly recommend this property for families and friends any time. It’s a fantastic place to make memories!
