Positive: Very fresh and clean

Negative: There was no welcome package to tell you how to use the washing machine nor what to do about the garbage and how to operate the air conditioning unit. Other properties leave suggestions for restaurants, how to use buses, where the best shopping is etc. The beds and the pillows are very uncomfortable and new fresh towels should be a given. Also the shower in the master bedroom becomes very slippery so a safety mat should be provided

Negative: The host, BnBird, did not provide us with check in information on time, causing us delays. Once they did provide information, they forgot to mention the unit number. The communication was disappointing. I had stayed at an BnBird property 2 years ago, and the experience was much better.

Positive: This property is as nice, if not nicer than the pictures provided. It is spacious. The location was nicely located, and we felt very safe and secure with the building being behind a locked gate, with a locked building before we get to our flat. The flat was stocked with everything we would need and the air conditioning in every room was very nice. Would highly recommend!

Negative: We had a slight issue with the shower door in the second bathroom not creating a seal, so the bathroom floor would flood when we showered.

Summary: A lovely, comfortable flat that felt cery safe. Highly recommend!
