Positive: Location is close to the Tokyo metro. The room it’s quite spacious for Tokyo. The room was a good deal for what we got. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Negative: Seemed a bit less safe that it might be easy for an unwanted stranger to go into the hotel and up the elevator. The sofa chair was not comfortable, the lack of dryer made the washing less convenient, and the hair dryer smelled like it was burning when set too high.

Summary: Excellent location and large size for affordable price! Would definitely consider staying again

Positive: We liked how close it was to the Asakusa train station. This station connects you to either Haneda or Narita Airport. Skytree town is just 8 to 10mins walk. Senso-ji temple is 12mins. There are a lot of convi stores nearby. And the whole area was safe and quiet.

Negative: The TV could use a little upgrading. It does not support youtube or netflix which is a must nowadays. A much bigger trashbin would be better.
