Summary: I had a wonderful time. There were a few mishaps initially in the beginning (refrigerator left unplugged and there was water all over the floor) but other than that my stay was wonderful. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again.

Summary: Staff service was excellent, however the booking made through expedia did not reflect on their system and I had to show them my booking confirmation email before I could be allocated a room. The room I was allocated left a lot to be desired as it was sparse with dilapidated furniture as well as faulty bathroom fixtures. Toiletries supplied were too few and lacked any sort of variety. The food quality was excellent.

Summary: We did not know what to expect upon arrival but by the end of our 15 night stay we left very impressed with the room, the room service and the Customer care, it was good to see the buffet breakfast which had a variety of European, African and Asian cuisine which is impressive. There is 24 hour security and Electricity also the location is ideal. The Hotel also provided airport pickup and drop-off. We would highly recommend this Hotel.
