Positive: Bed was comfortable.

Negative: Check-in is remote, with no staff available. Instructions are complicated and our 2 rooms were in 2 separate buildings, one of which is a long walk from the car park. We arrived at night and the lighting wasn’t very good, so it wasn’t clear where we had to walk to get to the second building. Additionally, my card was charged twice, so I had to contact Booking.com and the property to get a refund. This felt very suspicious that the property charged me twice for no reason.

Positive: The pool was great for the kids. The rooms were spacious and onsite staff weee friendly.

Negative: There were lots of signs stating different rules - including one about video surveillance around the pool area to ensure people showered before entering the pool or be punished with an outrageous fine of several hundred euros (from memory). Not particularly warm and welcoming….

Positive: Stunning location. Rural and quiet. Private off road parking for the motorcycles. Brand new outdoor pool and jacuzzi were fantastic as 30 degree heat until 6/7 pm. Bar /restaurant 30 minutes walk. Great burgers and music.

Negative: Bit difficult to locate room but spoke with owner and got sorted.

Positive: Located in a quiet area surrounded by hills, close to Bologna. We spent only one night there. We received messages with instructions on how to check in and where to find the keys. During our stay, we didn’t meet any staff; check-out was also very simple. An outdoor pool is available, but we didn’t have time to try it.

Negative: We booked an apartment with two bedrooms, but it had also been reserved for others, so in the end, we were given two separate rooms. One room had only a wine cooler instead of a regular fridge, and the other room didn’t have a fridge at all.
