Positive: The host provided clear self check-in and check-out instructions, which were easy to follow. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and conveniently close to the airport—a big plus for me. But what really stood out was the host, Simona. She was incredibly kind and helpful, answering all my questions and going above and beyond to assist me. In all my travels, I’ve never encountered a host as thoughtful as her. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bologna!

Positive: Convenient location, walking distance to the airport and well connected to the city. Great little apartment equipped with everything needed, and even if, in the unlikely event the airline company loses your luggage (which is what happened to me!), you will not find yourself lost!  Squeaky clean, modern-style apartment. Warm and cozy, you’ll feel like at home. Great private parking. Very friendly hosts, caring and super attentive to my needs. I cannot recommend this little gem enough! Thank you, Simona, for everything. You made my stay in Bologna very pleasant!

Positive: The apartment is newly decorated, extra clean and well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The host was friendly and very helpful in accommodating our need to check in earlier and check out later than planned.

Negative: Not something we didn't like but through the ad we didn't understand that the apartment was on the second floor with no stairs (helpful to know with a small child).

Summary: Lovely apartment, in a convenient location and extremely well kept by very nice and helpful hosts.

Positive: Very complete, good quality and nice renter. She explained everything clearly and helpen us when we were in search of a good hospital for our son. Very friendly and responsive.

Negative: Airco wasn’t the best, but it was also quite hot.
