Negative: Not enough parking space, our room was smelling due to some wet mats, no arrangements for smoking people like a place to throw away our cigarette buds and if you needed to go in and out, you have to request them to open the gate as you are not issued with a remote unless you pay a deposit, which is not mentioned when you do the booking. Thus making it difficult for someone to travel late hours of the night for whatever reason you need to rush back and pray to God they are not sleeping to open for you or wait outside on the street while hooting and hoping they are not to busy to open the gate for you. We were also given things to make coffee and plates but no Kettle. Dont know if we had to go all the way to the main house and request water when needing to make coffee and come back with cold water or are we expected to use water from the sink
