Negative: Towels very old , bathroom showers broken ! breakfast waiting was unbelievable,they said 7 am breakfast 6:30 I was already in front, No body’s there ,she came at 7am took our order , the food came at 8:15 just eggs took so long ? we have children , wait! when they served the food ! one plates at the time ! No body’s there to give us drink ,we asked for hot chocolate and coffee but no body help us 😢we finished our breakfast no drinks at all

Negative: Our room a deluxe apartment was spacious however so many steps down to it and upto reception can be a struggle. Not all rooms are like that. Room 14 was.

Positive: wonderful views from spacious rooms. Nice to have a big balcony to relax and take in the sunset . Staff were very kind and helpful in arranging what was needed . excellent high speed wifi enabling streaming etc. peaceful location as you are far from town -nice to return to after hustling and bustling in panglao

Negative: you are in a pretty remote area ' up in the hills' so independent transport requires a taxi always.
