Positive: Perfect location - close to great places to eat/ drink/shop in Palmer (all within east walking distance of the property) and just a short drive to the wonderful El Yunque Rainforest. It’s very easy to find parking right by the property. The studio is excellent- spacious, tasteful, clean and comfortable. Having access to a washing machine was a bonus. Some toiletries are provided in the bathroom. Communication and check in were very easy. Great value for money.

Positive: Very nice and clean place.

Negative: We had difficulties getting in, firstly the owner send us access code after the start of the official check-in time, so we had to do something else for 1 hour since we didn't know how to get in. The check-in was a bit unclear - there are more locks and more rooms. Your rooms is that in the back next to washing maschine. The wifi code is hidden in the drawer. Afterwards was everything fine.

Positive: A comfortable and well decorated studio with a strategic location.Close to the national park and beaches. Also there are great restaurants and a great breakfast restaurant just across the street. We had a great time !

Positive: I loved the location of this property. It was near El Yunque, Luquillo beach, a gas station, and you could walk out and visit of a bunch of nice shops and restaurants all along the street. I also loved the decoration and aesthetic of the room. The microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer were very useless as well!

Negative: The water never really got hot so we had to take cold showers the whole time. The sheets were also too small for the bed and they kept coming off.
