Negative: The accommodation did not exactly match what was described on Booking. The hotel has its own pool and wellness area, but it was not mentioned anywhere that these are only available for an additional fee. Of course, the neighbouring spa is available, but for example the sauna there is also not always accessible, as each booking only includes a maximum 3-hour sauna voucher. The restaurant’s selection was plentiful, although water could at least be free…

Positive: Nice staff, good location, cosy sauna.

Negative: Old room, bad view. Gym was not open, walking to sauna and passing by bowling where everyone stars at you, is uncomfy. Infrared sauna could use some blurring on doors.

Positive: Breakfast was great. The area around the lake is amazing and easy to reach by car. We spend a day in the swimming pool and sauna next door, which was also great. The 4-course menu in the neighbouring restaurant was really great with great price for value. We enjoyed it a lot.

Negative: Wellness facilities need to be paid additionally (In-House Sauna and Pool), which was surprising as it is usually included especially with that name. 1 staff member was not very helpful and enthusiastic in supporting us (but others were very friendly and helpful). The swimming pool next door appeared rather old with closed gym.

Summary: Great stay, great area for all kind of activities.

Positive: Incredible views of mountains from bedroom, quiet bedroom, wonderful facilities with saunas, swimming pools, jacuzzi bath, bowling, table tennis, fantastic food especially catered for us brilliantly as we have a few intolerances - gluten and egg free and vegetarian didn’t stop us having 4 course dinners! Amazing. WiFi was great, we watched a movie one night on our laptop. Fantastic staff. Perfect for our family of 4. Would absolutely stay here again. 100% recommend.

Negative: Only thing would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room but this doesn’t stop me giving it ten out of ten!

Positive: Nice spacious family rooms, gorgeous views on mountains if you look above the city.

Negative: No water to drink in the room, not functioning bath tub with bubbles, worn mattress on the sofa that kids slept on, part of balcony secured with a wooden plate, not working steering panel to aircon. The hotel is screaming for renovation, the aquapark too!! Quite good breakfasts but the buffet area too small for number of tables & guests at the same time + awful coffee taste both machine & filter one. Evening half-board overpriced and disappointing on taste, variety and service level, not even water included in the HB price. Generally this was nowhere near a 4-star hotel service level on multiple dimensions. Very disappointing.

Positive: Super location and aqua park next door. Wish we had more time to go in the spa part before we left! Great view of mountains. Great for Lake Bohinj and away from crowds of Lake Bled

Negative: Only downside was weak shower water pressure but we managed!
