Summary: Upon check in we met our host. He was kind and informative. The area is clean, location near Circle Beach. The home was beautiful eclectic and comfortable. Summary: We stayed in this charming oasis for my son’s wedding weekend. We loved the quirky layout, the art, and pool, hot tub, etc. it has something for everyone! Bruce, the host, couldn’t have been more accommodating or responsive. The location was great too!

Summary: My wife and I visited Sag Harbor for the 4th of July holiday and had the pleasure of staying at Bruce's wonderful home. This place has everything that anyone could want from a sauna to an indoor pool and is in a fantastic location within 10 minutes from downtown Sag Harbor. Multiple great restaurants located within walking distance as well. Would highly recommend for all travelers!

Summary: We had a great time at this property! We wanted a quiet place to spend NYE with another couple and our two dogs, but wanted to be close to the beach to take the dogs running in the mornings. This property had everything and more in terms of amenities— an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and plenty of yard for our pups to run around! We were also less than a mile from the beach where we could take the pups to exercise. The host, Bruce, was incredibly responsive before and during our stay. We ran into a few issues at the start of our stay, which i’d normally be pretty upset about (ie- lights not working, dirty towels in the hampers, and used soap bars in the showers), but Bruce was very responsive and worked to address any issues we had in an expedited manner. Unfortunately, the tv wasn’t working for the entirety of our stay, which wasn’t great, but there were two working tvs in the bedrooms so we were able to watch the ball drop on NYE. The grill unfortunately wasn’t operable, so we had to adjust our dinner plans to cook inside, but everything worked out. There also weren’t trash bags in the house, and a couple of the stove burners weren’t igniting. I think this property has a TON of potential— there are just a few considerations the team will need to address to bring it from being an average stay to incredible. With that being said, I’d give it another shot for sure!

Summary: Great spot for a relaxing Hamptons trip. Our group of friends had a great stay! The house is a very cozy eclectic cottage surrounded by greenery, and the real highlights for us were the additional amenities — a beautiful indoor pool, a wood sauna, and a hot tub. It is a short drive to the beach and the local village, making this a great location for a Sag Harbor stay. Bruce was very communicative before and during our stay, checking in to make sure we had what we needed. He also went above and beyond to show us local spots and provide recommendations, sharing a private beach spot and helping us navigate the complexity of Hamptons beach parking. Thanks Bruce!
