The Bohemian is one of our warmest apartments. If you are looking for a colorful bohemian atmosphere for your stay in Montreal, you will absolutely love le Bohemian !
Please note that the two bedrooms are located on the floor above (a staircase leads from the living room to the bedrooms). This allows more privacy, but also to enjoy the common areas without disturbing the sleepers.
All our apartments can be reserved instantly and include a customer support team available to answer your questions. Each of our apartments is equipped with linens and towels, high-speed wireless Internet, television, air conditioning, toiletries, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

→ 1st floor (The first floor of the building is one level above street level - must climb stairs. No elevator in building, staircase in the apartment)
Located in the heart of downtown, it is very easy to get around in our neighborhood! Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
The closest metro station to our building is Sherbrooke station - orange line (3 mins walk). We are also very close to the Berri-UQAM station - orange, green and yellow line (11 mins walk) which is very useful, as it allows you to take three different metro lines. In addition, there are many bus lines that pass through the neighborhood (30, 11, etc.) and we are next to the Berri Bus Station, Montreal's main bus station (7 mins walk).
Finally, there is also a bike path on a good part of Saint-Denis street, which makes biking very pleasant. Not to mention that there is a BIXI station (bike rental) located at Square St-Louis which is located at the corner of the street of our building (1 min walk).

Summary: This unit was a great option for multiple days with my teenage daughter and I. The communication with the Unique Stays team was really great. Even though we arrived late in the evening, everything with check-in was exactly as advertised.It was extremely convenient to do laundry in the washer and dryer that was located just outside the unit in the hallway (for free, soap and dryer sheets provided). Wifi was reliable, beds were comfortable, shower/hot water were great, and everything worked as advertised. No complaints, no problems!P.S. The Sherbrooke Metro station is a very short walk away. We walked to/from the station with our suitcases straight to the unit.

Summary: Great communication, really easy check in. Such a well appointed apartment, the company that runs this spot has paid a great attention to detail. Kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies, coffee and tea, cleaning products, etc. The blankets in the living room were a really nice touch for hanging out. My only complaint was the pillows were all very fluffy foam and made for sore necks for both side sleepers who visited. Adding a second density of pillows as options would have made this entire experience truly excellent.

Summary: Well kept property just minutes from the Metro, everything within accurately described. Despite the huge snowfall the weekend prior, and the closest parking garage inaccessible due to road construction, we were able to find on street parking nearby with little difficulty.Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We came in for a long weekend in Montreal. We had a car and parked it by the metro which was a block or so away, but there was a nice place to pull over and drop our luggage right at the door. The apartment is very nice - exactly as described - with everything we needed. The back patio would be lovely in a better season, but the living room, bedrooms, kitchen were cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants, patisseries, pubs, and shops. We ate well! The metro was super convenient and we made good use of the 24 hr pass that cost 11. But we walked a lot of the area as well and felt very safe. We didn’t have any issues, but it was nice that the hosts checked in via vrbo message to make sure we were fine. This is a great place, and the location was very nice. All of us agreed that this would be a nice place to come back to if we were in Montreal again.

Summary: Property was lovely, comfortable and in a great area. Easy to get anywhere. Very inexpensive garage parking nearby. Everything as described. Unless you need the bathroom in the middle of the night frequently, the bedrooms upstairs were nice and quiet. Even in the fall, the back patio off the living room was relaxing.
