Positive: The Villa is beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Parking is excellent. Our communication with the owners was excellent, they were very responsive to our requests. The rooftop deck with grill is amazing. Such a wonderful visit!

Positive: Great location. Everything you "need" is walking distance. You could pick up provisions at market across the street or grab meals at the property. Restaurants were a quick Uber ride. Staff was informed, friendly and always available.

Negative: There is a kids pool, however, most people with kids used the main pool. There didn't appear to be rules about kids at main pool, thus, there were times with shrieking kids.

Summary: The property was convenient, well designed, easy to navigate and had a chill vibe.

Positive: We loved the unit that we stayed in, a 3- bedroom penthouse with a rooftop. Our concierge, Silvia was the best and so was Abigail from Booking.com. They were both communicating with us prior to our arrival around the time that Hurricane Hilary was in SJ Del Cabo. It was like texting with my good friends! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook a meal. One call to request for more toiletries, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. and they were delivered right away. The pool staff, particularly Mario and Luis were fantastic! Mario made the best mojito! Gracie, who gave me a massage was great! Overall, a great place with excellent staff.
