Summary: Great room, well appointed and staff was friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 as the rooftop pool was closed during our entire stay. Despite that we had a great stay and would higly recommend.

Summary: I enjoyed my short stay at BOG with an early morning wellness circuit -gym, swimming & massage- The gym has the essential equipment; the rooftop pool is warm with a nice view; the ambiance of the spa is calming. I had a great deep tissue sport massage -it was amazing spite of an uncomfortable sturdy massage table- That would be my only complaint! The staff is over the top!! Prime location for going for an early morning on the El Virrey trail. Great location for shopping and dinning.

Summary: Great location, very nice staff at the bar and the reception, servers in the restaurant at breakfast can be more attentive you need to go them to order a cappuccino or eggs, they don’t come to you to offer anything. The room service was excellent.
