Summary: The staff was’nt trained enough. At the check-in the girl at the desk wrote wrongly the psw of wi-fi. The waiters at breakfast were inadequate, they moved all around but you have to wait for everything. The hotel is in a good position close to shops and restaurants. The room was big, beautiful but it is not acoustically isolated so you can hear the traffic

Summary: The hotel which supposed to be 5* but the hotel sold out private events for 5 days at the rooftop/pool and didn't allow entry to the rooftop/pool at the preferred hours. Not acceptable

Summary: I booked three days, especially to enjoy the roof terrace and pool. Two of those days the roof terrace was rented out for a private event. Since my room was directly below the roof terrace, I also got the thumping of the music. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful.
