Positive: Lots of really nice seating areas (poolside up and downstairs, rooftop terrace, tree house area), great vibe, not too crowded, 25-30 minutes on foot from the centre of town and similar distance to mambo beach the other direction. (Also 15 minutes from the Dive Centre Pietermaai and Marie Pompoen public beach the other way, which was great).. Convenient supermarket nearby. Convenient cooking facilities in shared kitchen or private in room.

Negative: We had some pretty awful staff issues: Housekeeping didn't actually clean before we checked in so we had to get them to come back and clean, which was a pain. A couple days later we put up the "please clean the room" sign but they didn't. Third day, they cleaned it but didn't change the filthy kitchen towels I left with the other linens and just put them back in the kitchen. Some staff were lovely but one when I asked for help booking a taxi to get to an excursion told me that they would if I'd booked with them but since I didn't I had to figure it out myself. Walk into town is along a busy road with no/bad sidewalks for more than half the way so not the most convenient location. Room was also very dimly lit and quite gloomy.

Positive: The location is amazing. Grocery store very close by. It's cozy. Large room and clean, comfortable beds. Rachelle was amazing. Went beyond by providing some did you know?... sound of falls in pool was soothing. Kitchen facilities clean and complete with all needs. Yes I would come back in a heart beat.

Negative: Pool abit dirty and not clean completely. I would add ice machine or an available freezer for our ice. Lack of close by restaurants is a bummer.

Positive: I picked the property for its location between the city center, a dive shop and Mambo beach. All is 30 min away by foot (unless you have a car or catch the small shuttles). The staff is just lovely and helpful. We had a studio with own kitchen upstairs and everything was as expected. There is a pool area with two adjacent pools, a small vending machine, a large communal kitchen area, daily cleaning and two upstairs hang out areas (with ocean view), one with lounge chairs. Next to the property is a church and a school which we were fine with. Note: I completely missed to take pictures, so this is nearby Marie Pampoen beach, a great smaller area where locals go as well.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: It was exactly as expected, a nice stay. Comfortabel rooms with kitchen and everything you need. The room service was excellent. A special thanks to them. The location was perfect in the middle between Willemstad center and the beach.

Negative: The bathroom was tiny.
