Summary: I had messaged the hotel prior to arrival to let them know our plane did not land until 10:00, and was told it was not a problem. When we arrived the young man at the front desk had no information about our reservation (he just had a notebook with partially ripped out pages), he repeatedly tried calling someone with no answer, after over half an hour he took us to a room. He had difficulty opening the door to the room, and had to go get us towels (2 bath towels, no hand towels or face cloths). The room was not clean, the WiFi did not work in the bedroom or on the patio. To access the pool & beach area you have to exit the hotel, go down the stairs and around the building. The pool was very murky. The restaurant was okay, staff was hit or miss on service. Luckily we were only there for two days

Summary: The room was in need of repair and items were missing like the towel bar. Ceiling leaked daily in the shower??? Safe was unusable. View was incredible of ocean.

Summary: I like to start off by saying good things. The pool area and access to the beach were great. The restaurant was also pretty good. Unfortunately, the room was extremely noisy the first night with multiple parties outside. The bed was comfortable, but the room was spartan and smelled poorly. The bathroom fixtures were rusty, and I had no hot water in the shower for any of the three days I was there. I only paid $100 a night, so I guess you get what you pay for, especially so close to the beach. I would have gladly paid more for a better room (which a friend did because his room was so bad, and he said the second room was much better).
