Summary: Our stay was amazing. The views from our 1st floor gulf view room was fantastic. We love to walk the boardwalk. It was well maintained. We noticed fresh lumber in several places. The walk from our room thru the sea oak boardered trail. To the white sandy beaches was quick & easy. The water was an emerald blue.

Summary: Good vacation stay, wish there were more events. The room was clean. However, we had consistent issues with smokers next door. My partner has asthma issues and the hotel does not permit smoking yet we had two nights of it. Our neighbors were loud until 4am and we had to block out the smoke where we could with towels. We reported it but nothing was really done. We mentioned it to the hotel clerk, and told us they will be consequences for them after. Not sure if that does anything. Beautiful beaches and sunsets, dogs not allowed on beaches. Felt awfully limited, we had to drive off anywhere else to find something to do.

Summary: They don't open the pool on time which isn't until 10am to begin with. They didn't open until almost 11am. Front desk was not helpful in getting this resolved. It stormed and my room flooded. Police were on the property one night and a young man left carrying a large gun.

Summary: Customer service was great, they are working on up grades and didn't tell us one of the pools wasnt working and that sucked because red flag and double red flags were out and the other pool was full of older kids. I will NOT go during spring break again with my children!! I have chronic back issues, the BED was really comfy. Beautiful beach view, just bad neighbors for the season... I wasnt expecting to be so bad there.

Summary: Room was clean but smelled like an very old room the bath tub was clog due to hair, soap scum, or other debris we try cleaning it but did not work so we had to wait like thirty minutes or more in between showers. headboard on the bed was lose and make noise every time we move, doors did not close easily and had to slam them to shut right.
