Positive: Very family oriented. Lots of younger kids at the pool, which is a plus since I have three. Everything was beautiful and conveniently located!

Negative: My condo was not very clean. The fitted bed sheets weren’t all changed which is fine because we sleep on top. The floors were sticky. This dishes were dirty and needed rewashed. The throw pillows threw out needed cleaned. The rugs were dirty, and the washing machine had mold.. just needs a very good clean but it was a beautiful place to stay.

Positive: Great tiki bar/restaurant. The burgers are definitely on par with something of the sorts of Five Guys or equals. Nuggets are good quality chicken and breading not cheap tasting definitely a good cook and amazing food.they also had live music (great local artist I believe). Great pool and splash pad. One hot tub was down, but the other worked great. Very safe comfortable environment for both me and my family and I have 3 smaller children. Close to lots of the local attractions. Great stretch of beach behind the resort. Great view (we had ocean view/seaside), and I can say our 2 bedroom we booked through , Real Joy 1502, was absolutely amazing. From the cleanliness, to the classiness and elegance of the whole place, to the amazing views, to the amazing beds. Would definitely recommend. This is for sure a “RESORT” not a “hotel”. Also have on site corner market with good smoothies. Clean nice bathrooms. Secure parking lots. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay on their trip.

Negative: Splash pad was shut down for our entire stay. Pool was down for about 2 days. Only one hot tub wold turn on. Not very busy so not a big deal for us
