Positive: Great tiki bar/restaurant. The burgers are definitely on par with something of the sorts of Five Guys or equals. Nuggets are good quality chicken and breading not cheap tasting definitely a good cook and amazing food.they also had live music (great local artist I believe). Great pool and splash pad. One hot tub was down, but the other worked great. Very safe comfortable environment for both me and my family and I have 3 smaller children. Close to lots of the local attractions. Great stretch of beach behind the resort. Great view (we had ocean view/seaside), and I can say our 2 bedroom we booked through , Real Joy 1502, was absolutely amazing. From the cleanliness, to the classiness and elegance of the whole place, to the amazing views, to the amazing beds. Would definitely recommend. This is for sure a “RESORT” not a “hotel”. Also have on site corner market with good smoothies. Clean nice bathrooms. Secure parking lots. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay on their trip.

Negative: Splash pad was shut down for our entire stay. Pool was down for about 2 days. Only one hot tub wold turn on. Not very busy so not a big deal for us

Positive: I love the location and set up. I also loved the cleanliness of the pool and lobby.

Negative: Our room 1502 was nice except for the sheets. We arrived back at our room ready for bed after eating and getting groceries at 10:30 pm. We pulled the all the bunk beds back to get in bed and one had potato chips and wrappers and sand, one had gross cheeto dust cheer someone was eating them and wiped it on there, and the other had makeup or blood and sand. We had to go to Walmart at 10:30 at night to buy sheets so we wouldn’t have to wash and dry the dirty ones in order to go to bed. We waited at Walmart for 45 minutes in line. A very big disappointing arrival.
