Positive: The family and staff were extremely friendly and accomodating and went into great effort to make sure we had a good stay. The service was impeccable.
Negative: We didn't know that the pool was an open pool for people outside of the resort, which meant there were a lot of people there at most times. It would be good to make that clearer in the description, since we expected to share the pool only with other residents there. Also, although it didn't impact us much, it is important to know that there are private events in the evenings (mostly on weekends). This could be problematic if you are travelling with smaller children because of the noise level.
