Positive: The owner of the place was a fantastic person. She cared about us, tried to speak with us using our language and she did us a tour of the place. The apartment was really clean and the place is so quiet and peaceful.
Negative: The person who spoke with us on the phone, which was a different person than the owner. This person forced us to enter the place 2 hours late, and when we asked to leave later (to regain those hours), the owner of the place said "yes, there are no problems, you can stay for free" but the person on the phone forced us to pay an extra 30€ (which we decided to pay but only because of the kindness of the owner of the apartment). I would have rated this as an 7.5, but the customer service was dissapointing.
Summary: Great place, great owner, bad customer service.
