Summary: We had an issue at check in that we were hoping to get resolved. The General manager Suat, personally handled the situation. He was polite and very courteous as was all of the staff. The staff was always engaging and hospitable. The grounds and walking paths are impeccable. This is definitely a family resort, so if that’s what you are looking for, it’s perfect.

Summary: It’s a unique location, facilities really satisfactory, food is generally good, good ingredients, salad presentations were poor, health hotel one expects clear vegan, vegetarian options marked, different clearly marked buffet would be useful. Overall is really good place, hope it will be kept in this way.

Summary: My family and I had a great three nights at the resort. We liked everything except few things:the pillows - they were too hard and too big and the hair cut my wife had upset her very much. Another disappointment was to see how much food were wasted every day. People take way more then they can eat. It’s not the administration fault of course but should be addressed somehow.
