Summary: This house is stunning. Basically brand new. Beds are on the firm side but as someone who loves soft beds, they were tolerable. Debi was always quick to respond. Kitchen is fairly stocked, I don't think I could cook a Thanksgiving meal here but we made breakfast every day. This house is a bit of a drive to everything fyi. 20min to SDC and 40 min to the landing. My only complaints are about the construction noise and the air conditioner in the rooms. We couldn't get them to work to cool down our rooms. We were in the upstairs room which ended up getting to 77 degrees despite the temp only being set on 71. On Thursday the construction started at 7am- hammering. On Friday it started at 643am. We were told it wouldn't start until 8am. Then Friday morning at 2am a neighbor in a 1 ton truck was honking his horn and revving his engine at the neighbors across the street. If you're planning on relaxing at the house, want a great view and to be close to dogwood then this place is a good option. If you're filling your days with activity in branson then consider the drive time.
