Summary: This is my 2nd time staying at this house. We really enjoyed our relaxing weekend just enjoying the waters and view. Owner let us have use of the kayaks.

Summary: House is beautiful and clean in a great neighbourhood right on the water. It has everything needed so no need to bring anything other than yourself. Loved that the owner let use of 2 kayaks & a canoe. Place has table and chairs at back where you overlook private jetty and watch the ducks and pelicans swim by and watch the sunset. Bedrooms and living space is very spacious.

Summary: Mannering Park was a lovely place for extended family to chill for the week after such a hectic 2020. Large house and areas for family to find their own quiet space.

Summary: We stayed at the property for a few days the location was great! The house was not the cleanest on arrival the carpets were all torn and old. Beds were not comfortable and old. They accused us of leaving stains on the old white carpet in a room no one even used during our stay. We left the property cleaner then it was on arrival! For the prices charged carpets/furniture should be updated to meet the market of other fully renovated houses located up the road for the same price.

Summary: Nice-quite location and environment, Perfect for holiday, Far away from the crowd. Well organized house for entertainment. Blue Water view from the large balcony and king bedroom as well as from ground floor open alfresco. Kids love to play with ducks. All facilities there but need to pay for everything even toilet paper. Upstair central heater not working properly, Its not works for King bedroom and common area, we were suffering to stay in winter night. Need ti fix.
