Positive: The apartment was nice, with a great location and views over the beach and sea. The rooms were all very clean and tidy and someone came most days to clean the place. Three of the bedrooms have air conditioning, which made nighttime very comfortable. The kitchen has everything that you'll need and the living room has plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. The coral sand beach is really nice.

Negative: The property is described as a Villa but really should be described as an apartment - one of the photos show the view from the beach as being the whole building. However, this is misleading as only the top part of the property is the rental (balcony decking level), the ground floor apartment with the direct beach access belongs to someone else (see photo). Access to the beach is via a side passage. The place advertises free parking. What it doesn't say is that there is only a single parking place, which is really difficult to access if the other spaces that belong to the other apartments are taken - you have to reverse down a narrow lane and then around a corner. For a 10-person apartment, you'll likely need at least three parking spaces. We were instructed to park on the main road, which is definitely not recommended. Eventually, we managed to negotiate with one of the other apartment owners to be able to use their driveway. The people in the property next-door own dogs that bark at every opportunity.
