Positive: Helpful staff - provided various tips for my bike rental and what to take note, and advised us on the booking and even shared the better cost effective way. Cleanliness - the room is very clean. The city is relatively dusty especially during the dry season and heavy haze. Nevertheless, the floor is clean. Even i walked barefoot (which i hardly did so in hotel room), no mark of dust, or got dark. It is impressively clean Bed - the king size bed is comfortable and good quality. The pillows come with 2.relatively soft and 2 relatively firm ones. Great thoughts!

Negative: A cupboard will be great or a bigger table in the room will be good to let us put our bags and bags of stuff. 😅 The curtail in the bathroom should be longer to reduce the water from spreading outside the bathing area. The positive part is it got dry easily in this city.

Positive: The staff here are the loveliest people I’ve met in Laos, they were so helpful and kind. The room was really clean and comfortable, air con worked perfectly and it was in a great location! Definitely worth the price I paid

Positive: Incredibly comfortable and fresh rooms, spacious, outstanding location and friendly staff. Free laundry service was a huge plus!

Positive: Great location in the centre of town near all the best cafes, bars and the night market but the hotel itself is quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Very nice host who helped pick out all the best spots to see in town and great cafe recommendations.

Negative: Our room faced into the corridor and as such it there wasn’t much natural light. Not much of a problem as we like it very dark in the night but the way the room faced inward did mean we could hear people in the night and in the morning coming and going from their rooms.
