Positive: Accessible to the stadium where the concert was held whether by train or by bus. Big beds for me and my family. CU in GF of property is very convenient.

Negative: The bathroom sink is slow to drain.

Summary: I would use the same property if I need to be in Incheon again.

Negative: I paid for breakfast but didn't get to use it , no live persons and you had cook for yourself, just eggs,most of the broducts were expired months before my visit, and I have taken pictures to proof it. Bathroom had limited privacy which I didn't like..... 6 out of 10 ....

Positive: Very easy to access. A major subway line on the way and a great buss network. The check in was simple and automated and easier than i thought it would be. The communication with the host was great.

Summary: Excellent, wish I had stayed longer.

Positive: very consistent cleaning staff, also restocked room amenities like water bottles frequently which was super nice

Negative: the ONLY thing is that the kareoke on the top floor can be heard. so it was regularly in use until around 1AM which was normally fine. it isn’t super loud or anything just the vibrations of the drums and some of the lower frequencies could be heard with your head on the pillow.

Summary: very good. clean and tidy facilities with a helpful and responsive staff

Positive: The staff was helpful. Check in / check out was made easy with an automated machine at the entrance. The location is good for travelling to different areas in Incheon. Mountaintop is also in a walk distance if you want to get a better view of the city. There is a CU downstairs to grab everyday essentials. The room was spacious and well kept. If you are a light sleeper, then you should prepare earplugs since the hotel locks make quite a lot of noise.
