Positive: Loved this 5 star villa. Very clean. Great layout. Huge kitchen with everything you need, lots in welcome pack. Patio doors from living room to undercover seating with views of the sea. Quiet, relaxing, lovely pool and garden. Smart TV. Hot water and good pressure. Comfortable beds. Less than 5 min drive Sami. 600m (approx) walk down to bakery, restaurant, beach (from there you can walk along beach path to Sami) We hired E bikes in Sami (below Art shop in the square) to Antisamos beach and Agia Efimia (lots of swimming coves all along the route, we recommend Carena restaurant there).
Negative: Not a problem at all but a couple of abandoned unfinished properties around the area but lots of land in between them and the villa (there are lots of these around the island). It would have been nice to have a hook on the wall for the shower handset in the bathrooms.
Summary: Absolutely wonderful. The owners have thought of everything and more. Great location.

Positive: I cannot fault the villa - it was spotless , perfect location as far enough away from the road to be quiet but 5 mins walk to beach and tavernas and a lovely walk along the beach to the centre . Everything you needed was in the villa and the hosts were lovely and very helpful and accommodating.
Negative: Nothing
Summary: Stunning villa and location with beautiful view and brilliant hosts

Positive: The Villa pristine and fully equipped (the host thought of every need). She was very friendly and communication throughout the stay was very easy. The pool was cleaned every 2 days and the villa was cleaned twice within the 10 nights which was a real bonus. We were a group of 7 and had plenty of room - the pool area was beautiful and it was such a peaceful area. The walk down into Sami was about 30 mins but there are also a couple of restaurants 5/10 minutes away - we especially loved the 'Vito Squared' on the corner near the beach. Highly recommend!
Summary: A beautiful, peaceful and exceptionally well-equipped villa with a wonderful host!

Positive: A comfortable and spacious property in a peaceful location with lovely views to the sea. Walking distance to local restaurants or a pleasant 20 min stroll along the seafront to Sami. The fridge was stocked with water, drinks and fruit when we arrived. This and some basic store cupboard items were all much appreciated. We were very pleasantly surprised to receive a big box of savoury and sweet pastries half way through our stay. Extra free cleaning was on offer if required. A very sweet little ginger tabby cat adopted us for our stay which added to our enjoyment of the villa. I would thoroughly recommend!
Negative: Nothing to dislike!
Summary: Beautiful villa in a peaceful location. A great choice for a group holiday.

Positive: It was an excellent experience. Fantastic conditions, very clean, with a perfect location, away from noise and sea view, 2 minutes drive from the town of Sami where you can find all the facilities you need. Fantastic pool, modern furniture, very comfortable beds with verandas to have breakfast or dinner. Fantastic staff, in the kitchen all the equipment to create all the conditions needed. Barbecue in the balcony. We had many nice surprises, after a long journey in the fridge there was cold water, some beers, soft drinks and wine. On the second day of our stay in the morning on the veranda table we found sweets that the staff had brought us to welcome us. Above all, the value for money paid for a week's vacation with the family was very reasonable. I would recommend it without hesitation.
Summary: Fantastic
