Positive: Thanks to Violet and her sweet husband we had a perfect stay and most blissful holiday. Our hosts went to great lengths to ensure that we had everything we needed, even more than we expected. Once, when we got stuck in the Old Queparo, our car blocked by another driver, unasked, they both came to the top of the mountain to our rescue! Every morning, at a time convenient for us, they brought our delicious breakfast, altogether with grapes from their garden. We felt so welcome and safe at their apartment. And the view was utterly breathtaking! So was the small beach surrounded by spectacular rocks. The nearby Queparo beach was beatiful, long, full of restaurants serving amazing food, everything within a 5 minute walk. Have I mentioned the peace and quiet in Violet’s apartment? Violet and Ari, thank you so much for the best holiday ever without ruining our pockets❤️❤️

Positive: The house the hotel is in is nestled in the cliff above the sea. The property has fig trees and grapes which the owner gives you to try. The sitting area overlooks the sea and it’s so peaceful. The owners go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful stay and they are very personal and sweet. Their breakfasts are delicious and made with love. You can walk down steps from the property to a private beach that is so incredible. We enjoyed our stay very much and I hope we can go back!
Negative: Nothing! The steps are good for a little workout!

Positive: We stayed 6 nights and wished we had longer. We absolutely loved it - waking up to the stunning views over the Ionian Sea to Corfu - you never got tired of looking at that view while relaxing on the balcony. The room was really comfortable, the kitchenette was brand new and the whole apartment was spotlessly clean. Violet was so warm, kind and generous with her hospitality. We cooked a couple of nights and she brought us extra little items for the kitchen that we needed- just ask. Every morning Violet brought us a lovely breakfast that she freshly made. Parking on the street is tight but totally manageable. We loved the little beach down the bottom of the hill for a quiet swim. Qeparo is such a great location- much quieter and smaller town than the nearby resort areas. Thank you Violet!

Positive: Such a beautiful place. But more importantly, we were welcomed by Violet, the amazing host. With a huge heart. Delicious breakfast. And a short hike (5 minutes) to a private beach beneath her home. Parking in front of her gate was easy. If you are looking for a quiet, romantic experience this is your place. 2 nights was amazing, but we would stay for more if we had the choice. Be sure to drive to the old town on the hill.

Positive: Beautiful little apartment with gorgeous ocean views. Everything you need for your stay. Our host was super responsive, brought us water, made a delicious breakfast in the morning, helped us contact some restaurants she recommended to find ones that were open, and gave us great local recommendations. The apartment is clean, comfortable and quiet. Can’t recommend enough! We will definitely be back. Also definitely go eat at Taverna Dhrami or Ida & Xhorxhi Restaurant - super authentic and great prices!

Positive: She prepared breakfast every morning with ingredients we wanted. If there was a challenge, she did her best to fix it right away. The view is fantastic and the private beach is incredible (after a heart-pumping adventurous 5 minute walk down to the beach).
Negative: There was a mosquito situation in the room that confused us. Still not sure how they kept getting in as we always closed the door, but they did, and it was a real challenge.
Summary: Gorgeous view, great price, very nice host!
