Positive: Everything was perfect. From the equipment (all available kitchen appliances, including a grill and even a beach fridge), to the great communication with the owner, and the amazing location (you can reach practically anywhere within 20 minutes). The pool, beautifully lit in the evenings, was fantastic for the kids after a whole day of trips. After reading previous reviews, we were expecting our stay here to be just okay, but it actually turned out to be much better than that. We truly recommend this place!

Positive: The place was clean, and the description was as advertised. The tv in the family is huge, it must be 70-80". We were afraid to go near it and accidentally bump into it, and fall since it was just sitting on top of a dresser. The network programs were limited to kids only as most of the accounts were locked. The wifi works great. It's nice to have its own ac unit in each room. The pool and outdoor sitting area were comfortable and very functional. The outdoor grill was like new condition and easy to use, but needs a grill cleaner so guests could clean it after each use. There is a pool guy who comes around in the morning and keeps it clean. Eldon didn't tell us, which it startled us the first time. Nice to have a clean pool, though. We also rented the large 10 person van from Eldon while we were there. It was nice that he came and picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, very convenient. The van was a little old and large, it has a very slow acceleration and uses a lot of gas. It's probably a little 4 banger

Negative: Some things were outdated, and it could use an update. The beds felt old and way too soft, almost bouncy like, and loud. It felt like there's a plastic cover underneath it. The beds weren't comfortable at all. A few more chairs in the family room would be nice.

Positive: We felt like this was a great location away from the busiest tourist spots. It was nice being in a neighborhood. The house was very private and we loved the pool. Eldon was a great host.
